Meeting minutes are the written or recorded documentation that is used to inform attendees and non attendees about what was discussed or what happened during a meeting. Meeting minutes are generally taken by the secretary who is designated as the official meeting minutes recorder during the proceedings so that an accurate record exists of what transpired during the meeting.
Our hope is that you keep yourself informed by perusing through the meeting minutes. The AZACTA Officers typically hold meetings one time a month via a phone conference. If you are a member of AZACTA and would like to be included in the AZACTA meetings, please reach out to the current AZACTA President, Diana Pinon.
